The Restfest Signature Series
American Made Grills - Estate Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
-
The American Made Grills Estate Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner is a premium upgrade designed to elevate your outdoor cooking experience to commercial steakhouse levels. Engineered specifically for the Estate Grill Series, this heavy-duty drop-in unit allows you to completely customize your configuration by replacing any standard main burner position with high-velocity infrared cooking power.
Constructed from commercial-grade 304 stainless steel paired with high-efficiency ceramic tile components, this piece delivers up to 26,000 BTUs of focused, intense heat. Unlike traditional open-flame gas burners that cook via convection (heating the air around the food), this infrared system emits intense direct radiant heat reaching temperatures up to 1,600°F. This extreme thermal energy instantly flash-sears the exterior of proteins, locking in natural juices, moisture, and flavor while creating those perfect, uniform caramelized crusts and professional grill marks without drying out your meal.
Whether you are searing thick-cut ribeyes, pork chops, fresh seafood, or locking in juices on burgers before moving them to indirect heat, this drop-in accessory maximizes the versatility and culinary capability of your luxury outdoor kitchen island.
