The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Baking Stone, Natural Finish Ceramic 13"
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo PG00350 Natural Finish Ceramic Baking Stone is a versatile powerhouse designed to transform your Primo Grill into a high-performance outdoor oven. Crafted from the same signature professional-grade ceramic used in Primo’s legendary kamado grills, this 13-inch stone offers exceptional heat retention and even distribution, eliminating the "hot spots" that can plague traditional metal pans.
Key Performance Features:
-
Superior Moisture Absorption: Unlike glazed surfaces, the natural unglazed finish of this stone is porous. It actively pulls moisture away from the outer layer of your dough, resulting in a perfectly crisp, golden-brown crust for pizzas and artisan breads.
-
Versatile Culinary Tool: While optimized for the "perfect pizza," its utility extends to delicate pastries, cookies, savory casseroles, and homemade pies. It effectively mimics the environment of a traditional wood-fired brick oven.
-
Convection Capabilities: For those looking to master indirect cooking, this stone can be paired with the Primo Drip Pan Rack to create a heat shield, facilitating true convection grilling and smoking.
-
Universal Fit: Designed with a 13-inch diameter, it is the ideal size to fit comfortably across the entire Primo lineup, from the compact Junior 200 to the massive Oval XL 400.
Note: To maintain the stone’s integrity, never use soap or detergents for cleaning. Simply scrape off any residue with a spatula and rinse with warm water once the stone has completely cooled.
