The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Baking Stone, Natural Finish Ceramic 16"
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo Natural Finish Ceramic Baking Stone (16-inch) is a versatile, must-have accessory for any serious kamado griller. Crafted from heavy-duty, unglazed ceramic, this stone is designed to turn your grill into a high-performance outdoor oven.
The natural, porous ceramic surface is specifically engineered to absorb excess moisture during the cooking process, resulting in the perfectly crispy crusts that are the hallmark of authentic brick-oven pizza. Beyond pizza, its exceptional heat retention and even distribution make it ideal for baking artisan breads, delicate desserts, or even roasting vegetables and meats.
Key Benefits:
-
Superior Heat Distribution: Eliminates hot spots for consistent results across the entire 16-inch surface.
-
Dual-Purpose Utility: Functions as both a baking surface and a heat deflector to protect food from direct flames during indirect cooking.
-
High-Temperature Durability: Capable of withstanding the intense heat of a kamado grill (up to 800°F) without cracking.
-
Chemical-Free Finish: The natural finish is free from coatings or additives, ensuring your food tastes exactly as intended.
- Custom Field Prop 65:
