The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Heat Deflector Plates for XL #400
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo Ceramic Heat Deflector Plates are an essential performance upgrade specifically designed for the Oval X-Large 400 series. These heavy-duty ceramic plates function as a thermal barrier, effectively converting your charcoal grill into a high-capacity convection oven.
Key Benefits:
-
Indirect Cooking Mastery: By blocking direct flames, these plates allow for "low and slow" smoking, roasting, and baking, making them perfect for delicate briskets or whole turkeys.
-
Two-Zone Versatility: The set includes two D-shaped plates, enabling you to create a split setup where you can sear over high heat on one side while slow-roasting on the other.
-
Refractory Material: Constructed from high-grade ceramic, these plates absorb and redirect heat for consistent temperatures throughout the grill.
Note: These plates are designed to be used in conjunction with the Primo Heat Deflector Racks (sold separately), which provide the necessary support structure above the charcoal.
