The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Heat Deflector Plates for XXL Charcoal Grill
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo Ceramic Heat Deflector Plates are essential accessories designed to unlock the full versatility of your Primo Oval XXL Charcoal Grill. These heavy-duty ceramic plates act as a heat-shielding barrier between the charcoal fire and your food, effectively transforming your kamado-style grill into a high-performance convection oven, roaster, or smoker.
Key Features & Benefits:
-
True Indirect Cooking: By redirecting the direct flame, these plates prevent scorching and allow for even heat distribution. This is the "secret sauce" for low-and-slow BBQ, succulent roasts, and artisan-style baking.
-
Multi-Zone Versatility: When used in the XXL model, you can choose to use both plates for a full indirect setup (ideal for smoking large briskets or turkeys) or just one plate to create a dual-zone environment for simultaneous searing and roasting.
-
Durable Ceramic Build: Crafted from high-grade ceramic, these plates offer exceptional thermal mass, helping your grill maintain rock-solid temperatures for hours on end with minimal charcoal consumption.
-
Simple Maintenance: The plates are designed to withstand extreme temperatures. To clean, simply brush off any debris once the grill has cooled.
