The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Heat Deflector Rack/Drip Pan Rack for LG
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo Heat Deflector and Drip Pan Rack is a must-have accessory for any Primo Large Oval owner looking to master the art of "low and slow" cooking. This set of two heavy-duty porcelain-coated steel racks is designed to hold the Primo ceramic heat deflector plates (sold separately) or a drip pan.
By creating a barrier between the direct flame and your food, these racks transform your grill into a high-capacity convection oven. This setup is ideal for:
-
Roasting: Cook whole chickens or turkeys without scorching the bottom.
-
Baking: Perfect for pizzas, breads, and desserts.
-
Smoking: Essential for long brisket or pork shoulder sessions where indirect heat is required.
The durable construction ensures long-lasting performance under high-heat conditions, while the two-piece design allows for versatility—use one side for indirect cooking and the other for direct searing simultaneously.
