The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Heat Deflector Rack/Drip Pan Rack for XL
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo Heat Deflector Rack (also known as a Drip Pan Rack) is a fundamental multi-purpose accessory designed specifically for the Oval X-Large ceramic grill. This heavy-duty stainless steel rack serves as the primary support system for Primo's ceramic heat deflector plates, effectively transforming your charcoal grill into a high-capacity convection oven.
Key Functional Benefits:
-
Indirect Cooking: By holding the ceramic heat deflector plates above the coals, it creates a thermal barrier that allows for "low and slow" smoking, roasting, and baking without direct flame contact.
-
Drip Pan Support: The rack is engineered to hold drip pans securely, which helps catch flavorful juices for gravy or prevents grease flare-ups, keeping your grill interior cleaner during long cooks.
-
Commercial-Grade Build: Constructed from premium, rust-resistant stainless steel, these racks are built to withstand the extreme temperatures of a ceramic kiln environment while maintaining structural integrity.
-
True Versatility: This 2-piece set allows for flexible configurations, supporting either half-moon or full-oval indirect setups to accommodate various recipes from delicate fish to massive 20lb briskets.
