The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Oval Fredstone 23" x 16" for X-Large Primo
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo Oval Fredstone is a premium baking accessory designed to transform your Primo X-Large Charcoal Grill into a high-performance wood-fired oven. Invented by Danish baker Frederik Sørensen, this stone is crafted from a unique, lightweight, and highly porous ceramic material that excels at moisture management and heat distribution.
Unlike standard dense baking stones, the Fredstone’s porous nature allows it to pull moisture away from dough effectively, ensuring a perfectly crispy crust for pizzas, artisan breads, and pastries every time. It is engineered to withstand extreme temperatures (up to 2000°F) and provides a consistent, even heat surface that eliminates hot spots. Whether you are baking a family-sized pizza or a delicate dessert, this stone delivers professional "brick-oven" quality results in your own backyard.
