The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Pizza Oven for Round Charcoal Grills
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo Pizza Oven Insert for Round Charcoal Grills is a premium accessory designed to transform your standard Primo Round Kamado into a high-performance, wood-fired style pizza oven.
Crafted from heavy-duty steel with a heat-resistant matte black finish, this insert is engineered to solve the biggest challenge of backyard pizza baking: heat loss. By providing a dedicated opening for sliding pizzas in and out, the insert allows you to keep the grill lid closed throughout the cooking process. This maintains the high, consistent ambient temperatures required for a perfectly crispy crust and bubbly toppings, effectively mimicking the environment of a professional brick oven.
Key Features:
-
Heat Retention: Eliminates the need to open the main lid, preserving the "convection" heat within the ceramic dome.
-
Custom Fit: Specifically contoured to sit seamlessly on the Primo Round Charcoal Grill.
-
Durable Design: Features a sturdy hinged door with a stay-cool handle for safe operation.
-
Versatility: Beyond pizza, it can be used for baking artisan breads or roasting at high temperatures.
-
Note: The ceramic pizza stone is typically sold separately.
