The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Rib and Chicken Holder includes Drip Tray
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
Maximize your grilling real estate and elevate your outdoor cooking with the Primo Rib and Chicken Holder with Drip Tray. Engineered specifically to conform to the unique shape of Primo’s patented oval ceramic grills, this multi-functional 2-in-1 premium accessory is a must-have for large family gatherings, tailgating, and serious backyard barbecue enthusiasts.
Key Features & Benefits:
-
High-Capacity Design: The dual-purpose steel rack is meticulously designed to support up to five full racks of ribs simultaneously or securely hold a whole chicken upright for perfect beer-can-style vertical roasting. By standing the ribs vertically, you dramatically increase your cooking surface.
-
Self-Basting Drip Tray: The included stainless steel oval drip pan sits directly beneath the food. It catches flavorful, nutrient-rich meat juices, preventing them from hitting the coals. Instead, they evaporate back up into the meat, locking in maximum moisture, tenderness, and rich smoky flavor.
-
No More Flare-Ups: Because the drip tray acts as a barrier between the dripping fat and the firebox, it drastically reduces sudden charcoal flare-ups and charring, ensuring an even, controlled indirect cook.
-
Built to Last: Constructed entirely from heavy-gauge, rust-resistant stainless steel, this commercial-grade cooking rack is built to endure the extreme temperatures of a kamado environment while remaining incredibly easy to clean.
