The Restfest Signature Series
Primo - Round Fredstone 16"
Perfect for all your outdoor kitchen gatherings.
The Primo Round Fredstone 16-IN is a professional-grade baking accessory designed to transform your outdoor grill into a high-performance brick oven. Originally invented by Danish baker Frederik Sørensen, this stone is specifically engineered to address the common challenges of backyard baking—eliminating hot spots and providing a perfectly even heat distribution.
Key Features & Benefits:
-
Superior Thermal Properties: Crafted from a unique, porous ceramic material, the Fredstone is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures up to 2000°F. This allows it to heat thoroughly through the core rather than just on the surface, ensuring your crusts are crispy while the toppings remain perfectly cooked.
-
Versatile Cooking: While it is a favorite for authentic, artisan-style pizzas, its generous 16-inch surface is equally adept at baking breads, cookies, casseroles, and even delicate pies.
-
Lightweight & Durable: Despite its heavy-duty performance, the Fredstone is designed to be lighter than traditional thick pizza stones, making it easier to handle and move in and out of your grill.
-
Compatibility: This model is a perfect fit for the Primo Oval Large and Round Charcoal Grills. It is also compatible with most other Kamado-style grills that have a cooking diameter of 18 inches or larger.
Whether you are a seasoned BBQ enthusiast or a weekend pizza warrior, the Round Fredstone is an essential tool for expanding your grilling repertoire beyond traditional searing and smoking.
